AiPet provides AI-powered image generation tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Pricing: Services are purchased using "Credits" on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. Because our products are digital goods and intangible services, we do not offer refunds once credits have been purchased and added to your account.

5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Input: You retain ownership of any images you upload.
Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own all rights, title, and interest in the images generated by you using AiPet. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to ban users who violate this policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated results will be perfect or meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiPet and Ethan Wu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Shenzhen, China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
